300kg load capacity in 10m height taking only 1,5m² of space: HELIX 1004XL
HELIX machines are in high demand as vertical mast work platforms in the industry (especially in maintenance); hitting the spot where the space conditions do not allow the use of a larger machine. The HELIX 1004XL is the only machine in the world that has a maximum outreach of 4 meters with a width of less than one meter (without turntable overhang) and also offers a 300 kg basket load with a swiveling basket. This combination is simply unqiue.
The development target of this innovative height access technology was a battery-powered, compact, self-propelled vertical mast work platform with movable basket arm (working height up to approx. 10m) with the special feature of a swiveling work basket as well as 300kg payload. Thus, a worldwide unique selling proposition.
The so-called 'load handling regulation', which regulated the handling of weights over 40 kg for individual persons, is also taken into account.

Due to maximum space utilization in industrial companies, we see this machine with its extremely compact dimensions with a very high utility factor also due to the possibility to work with two employees plus material.
The "HELIX 1004XL" is the only vertical mast platform (worldwide !) with a superior and safety-relevant load capacity of 300 kg at a track width (without any turntable overhang) of only 0.98 m and a reach of 4.00 m. Hence, the HELIX 1104XL clearly sets itself apart from the standard values of 200kg cage load and 3 meters reach.
Two in a small space
The HELIX platform can be moved in any working position without restriction, thus enabling obstacles to be overcome and hard-to-reach places to be reached in a 2-person operation (including tools). The HELIX 1004 XL, like the models 1205 / 1508 as well as the IMK 35.500 (assembly crane) and the recently introduced MH 35.120 (fall arrester) of the HELIX series, is also hand-made in Germany using German and European components of the highest quality.

I was convinced by the enormous reach of the 12- and 15-meter machines despite their exceptionally narrow design. In addition, the 10-meter machine impressed me with its load capacity of 300 kg. Another convincing factor was that only good components were used. Since I was able to include these machines in our rental program, we continue to stand out from many rental companies that can not offer these special features.
